I think they pick us for a reason

And I don't think it's because we're classically special. Smarter than everyone else, more spiritually evolved that everyone else, or anything like that. I think they pick us according to what I call, The Why Him Theory. You live in a town of 15,000 people, it's night time, you're outside in the right place at the right time. You look up and see a UFO, and say, Wow a UFO! I wonder what it is? Meanwhile they're looking down at you, and they're wondering something themselves. Why out of 15,000 people is it this guy, or this girl, was the only one who looked up and saw us. Why him? What makes her so special that she saw us, and 14,999 other people didn't. They want to know. That's why they come back and pick you up later.

Sure there are a bunch of mundane answers, she just happened to be outside... she just happened to look up... he was the only one in town that couldn't sleep... he was out walking his dog. But what if it's more than that? Things we still chalk up to coincidence might be far better understood by an advanced mind that has studied behavior for tens of thousands of years longer than we have. We've only really been doing it scientifically for the last 100 years or so. Any advanced civilization is going to believe in coincidence far less than what we do,. Because they understand there are reasons why most things happen. Very few of them are coincidental. And they're going to want to know why we looked up and nobody else did.

I think that's why seeing a UFO is a common denominator in the majority of abduction cases. And maybe there is something more to it than chance. I've seen one. And like so many others, my parents have also seen one. They saw one up very close on the first night of the Michigan Swamp Gas Sighting in 1966. My parents were special, then in 2005, I became special, or of special interest to them. I think there are certain people, and I don't know why, but they see these things like UFOs and Bigfoots. And others go their whole lives and do not. Does it have something to do with family lineage, or genes, or something like that that predisposes us to just happen to be in the right place at the right time, when nobody else is? I don't know. I can only speculate. I think there can be other reasons as well. But this one seems to be the most common.

I can't explain how it works, it's just a gut feeling I get.
