Engage Combat

I've been loving the absolute crap out of it but... has anyone else been getting hit by obnoxiously lie percentages on the regular? I'm *consistently* getting hit by sub 40% and it's not cost me any units **yet** but after the 5% that just slapped me I had to know.. am I just that unlucky or are there others? Also, this isn't a gripe, just a curiosity.
