My Character Tier Rankings

These ranking are my own personal opinion, I played the game on Hard classic with no DLC. I have only played through the game once and have not devoted the same amount of time to all characters. I based my rankings on personal preference, my own evaluation of personal skills unique classes, stat growths and maximum potentials. Certain end game characters were not included because of spoilers and because I felt you get them too late to be relevant. If you think a certain character should be ranked differently, tell me about it. If you want to know why I ranked a character the way I did, feel free to ask.

Any character in this game can be made powerful with enough time and effort. If you really want to, you can beat the game with nothing but my C&D characters. Don't take this as a list of characters you should use and those you shouldn't, play with whichever characters you like the most.
