Opponent Surrendered, but I don’t think he needed too? 🤔

Just had a stressful duel against this player using Ancient Gears ⚙️ When he picked up Monster Reborn at the end of the match I thought he’d bring back his Ancient Gear Howitzer.

With Howitzer being unaffected by other card effects, does that include MR? If not, he could of totally won the duel.
