It's only gonna get worse

I don't trust the corporate goons lurking here and I made the mistake of using my actual name on my main reddit so here I am on a backup

I learned yesterday that the main HR manager at Omaha 10 is the main trainer for other HR managers and lemme say. Ooooof

His name is Scott and he's easily the most disrespectful person I have ever worked with. I've been with the store for years and worked under multiple HR managers. He doesn't know how to talk to people. He gets disrespectful and admonishes employees in front of others. He'll sooner humiliate you than he will pull you aside and talk to you politely. I've never had a good conversation with him. 3 times he's humiliated me in front of others over the jacket I choose to wear to clock in and out because it doesn't say Hy-Vee. Once it was in front of customers. Another it was in front of new hires. Like what the fuck? Way to chase a loyal employee away.

If this is true, and he's training every HR manager all I have to say is good luck. He's a corporate shill who will continue to sexually harass female employees and humiliate those who he deems below him

*I've been working with a job resource and told the guy he pushed schedule writing off to that I'm leaving as soon as I find my next job. I will not work for a store that doesn't know how to talk to employees.
