Advice on preparing to take it "up there"

Hey, so I'm a guy and I've been wanting to experiment with anal more for a while now, but I don't have any toys or cleaning tools or anything, just basic household stuff. And although I'd like to avoid drastically changing my diet, I'd be okay with changes. I just want some general advice on how to quickly and fully clean myself out up in there.
