Getting a cage for the very first time

So, I plan on getting a cage next week, and I'm wondering what size to get, or even what type of cage. I just need it to be discrete when I'm wearing it. Like, should I measure for when I'm soft or when I'm hard, are there different cages that are less noticeable? I just need those kinds of details
