Top fantasy (familial)

My extreme bb fantasy is the concept of a little sister who was picked on her whole childhood by her older brother who was the golden child and always overshadowed her, getting his balls busted. I love the concept of him being humbled by a perfect kick (or squeeze, or tap) to the nuts and her being super smug and milking it to humiliate him because this is so satisfying to her. The first time she actually got him instead of the other way around. Bonus if she makes him beg her for mercy or do things to avoid getting kicked again.
