Eric started to wake up and immediately began grunting and howling in pain. He looked around confused to where he was and what was going on. He was in a hospital bed and felt terrible pain and a weird freezing cold sensation through his legs and groin.

Brittney cheerfully broke the confused silence "hey sleepy head!" He looked over at her, she was done up head to toe like she was going out to the club. We've had ice packs on your genitals for a while to reduce the swelling."

Eric sighed in relief despite the horrible pain, he still had his balls and the cold feeling was just ice. The nurse continued "so to explain to you how serious this is, both of your testicles have several rips or cracks that go very deep into the organs. Until they heal even the smallest tap could be the final straw to cause them to break into pieces and guarantee permanent infertility. We're going to do a test on your sperm count now and again later today. If the number increases by later in the day it's a sign your body is healing and you may fully recover."

The moment the nurse left Brittney flipped the switch back turning off the pain medication

Eric watched the drip of pain meds stop before anything got pushed far enough down the IV to even get in his system. Before He could question anything, she grabbed the heavy ice packs and walked across the room causing him to pause in confusion. She wound up and threw the first of three heavy ice bags. Eric was startled by the cold as it hit his thigh but relieved she missed her target. Then she stepped a few feet closer and wound up and tossed the ice as hard as she could this time smashing into his injured balls. He wheezed and whimpered in pain. She moved the ice out of the way and wound back with the last bag swinging it with all her might smashing it into Eric's defenseless swollen cracked balls. The nurse handed the print out of the test results to Brittney. "His sperm count isn't zero... But it's very low, if he's careful while healing it may recover slightly but he needs to be very careful with his testicles."

Brittney couldn't hold back her evil grin "I'll make sure his testicles are cared for properly"
