Can't run ads. [Restriced Account]

Hi all,

I created my instagram account this weekend, switched to professional as indicated but when I try to run an add I get this error from desktop:

From mobile it's "Restricted Account".

I'm really mad, I don't have any hint on how to solve, what's the reason, etc. I try to ask for a review but the system will tell me that there is an error.

Any ideas? It's because my account is fresh new? Because I upload erotic art maybe (non nude, non sex)?
