New here I have story request please!

Could someone write a story (scene could be whatever’brother sister’ ‘stranger’ ‘sadistic woman’ but the scene has to be the woman wearing knee high wedge boots to kick a guy she tied up until he passes out, then when he wakes up she tramples his genitalia with the wedge boots until she is satisfied with ‘how much he has begged for mercy/how much pain she has caused’
