Shocked I haven't seen any discussion about this. A sports section. A beauty section. Biggest store in the company. But "raises aren't in the budget" 🤨
And they're trying to build a fulfillment center by my store. Like that hasn't bit them in the ass. Indycars, celebrities and mega stores. But not competitive wages. When I was hired at $10.50 min wage was $9. I now make $14. Min wage is going to be $15 next year. We LOVE wages not staying with the times 🙃
