Say there is a new saw movie coming out and and the place where the victims are traped is at Alcatraz & they need to escape on the boat by sunrise if not the victims would be trapped there for good. What female actress would you love to see do some ballbusting?

how would you make a ballbusting scene play out if one of the victims was a male and had the boat key or key to next room inside their stomach.

You could either wait till they need to use the bathroom or make them puke it out by performing ballbusting.
