“Do i have to wear this?” Alex said as he stepped out of the bathroom wearing a pair of tight red Lycra shorts. She pointed to the balance beam behind her.

Alex walked slowly to the balance beam. He took a deep breath as he stood up on it. His legs wobbled but he caught himself before he could fall. Alex stepped out onto the beam and made his way slowly down. Before he knew it he had made it to the other end. Alex smiled to himself more confident as he turned around and started heading back.

“Great. Now Courtney have you used a speed bag at the gym before?” Asked Elsa.
