Best App to watch med videos such as Boards and Beyond on iPhone

Does anyone have a good app recommendation or other method to transfer boards and beyond video files from my Mac to my iphone so I can watch them on the go.

I tried the VLC player app but during the transfer all the files got mixed and unorganized, and I can't seem to organize them into subfolders, which is pretty much a necessity to watch boards videos in order without losing your mind.
