HMB for PE recovery?
Has anybody ever used HMB (Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) in conjunction with PE exercises? I was doing PE exercises for about 2 months, very routine and dedicated but wasn't seeing much results. However, I wasn't really expecting any results after only 2 months. On month 3 for a completely unrelated reason, I began taking HMB daily, and after the 2nd week I started noticing PE results. I noticed my flaccid length is much longer, and more filled out. However, not really any changes yet in erection length or girth. I'm unsure if it's a placebo, or if the 2 months of exercises were finally showing results, or if the HMB was a factor.
HMB does aid with tissue repair and has anabolic and anticatabolic properties. But I'm skeptical.
I would like to know if others took HMB and noticed anything.
