Need help making a deck!

I'm getting into Weiss Schwartz and I really want to make a Madoka/Magia Record deck but Idk what to do!

I never made a Weiss Deck before, are there any tips or any good deck lists to look at?

And good standard cards that the sets tend to have?
I would love any help I could get! 🙏
