What state other than Cali and Florida have the best feet.

In my area well I should say this since my co worker moved she had really gorgeous feet I got to play with sometimes my girlfriend hasn’t been in a feet mood for a long time. I’m seriously thinking about moving to another state . but where has the nicest feet? That’s not Florida or California. Any suggestions
