Most painful?

To those of us who occasionally bust ourselves, what's the most painful thing you've done to your own balls?

For me, it was probably when I was trying to figure out if I'd like a ball crusher. In an attempt to simulate a crusher, I put on a couple of silicone balls stretchers and then placed a 5 lbs weight plate on my bench, put my balls on it and then put another 5 lbs plate on top.

The pressure was pretty nice, so I replaced the top plate with a 10 pounder. This was much more intense, but I was sure I could take more. I picked up another 10 lbs plate to carefully set on top of the first, and accidently dropped it!

Omg I thought I was going to die! And, to top it off my first reaction was to try to jerk away. So not only did I get the impact, but also a hard pull.
