Just found out that Sexsomnia is a thing (Sexsomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by engaging in sexual activities during sleep.) I thought it would be interesting if that was added into a couples life

Something like either he likes ballbusting and she doesn't know until he starts doing sexual things in his sleep and self bust or somehow gets her to bust him, or he isn't necessarily into ballbusting but she secretly loves it and when she is asleep bust him without remembering anything when she wakes up thinking she is keeping her secret
