I've had a fantasy for a while

I've had a fantasy that I hope happens to me in the future but until it does id kinda like a story about it.

The guy is sleeping (maybe on vacation) and is woken up by a strong hit to the nuts (the girl can have any relationship with him but in my fantasy it's my GF) and when he wakes in agony realizes he is tied up and she is in the mood for CBT even though he is definitely not.
Etc.
