The sub might get deleted, because it's my very first one

I don't really understand how to "run" a sub because this is my very first one. I'm only attempting this because I noticed that all of the other "ballbusting" subreddits had extremely minute rules that made it hard to ask questions or just generally discuss ballbusting experiences (especially as someone that's only ever been able to do self-busts). I'm going to try to be as lenient as possible with the making rules but we'll see how far that goes before it gets out of hand and either I have to delete things or ban people (which I really don't want to have to do) or until the sub gets deleted (if that's how it works XD IDK).
