Is sexual stamina a thing for women

I was wondering if stamina is even a concept when it comes to women.

For men, we have to maintain this balance between keeping an erection but not ejaculating until the right time. 'Rounds' of sex are typically centered around when a man ejaculates. At least that's been my experience. I think I do alright in bed; nothing to be ashamed or proud of. But I can say I've never fucked until a woman was unable to anymore, although I've had some succubi types drain me to where I physically had to stop.

Any woman I've ever been with can enjoy successive orgasms until my fingers, tongue and dick give out so I wonder if sexual stamina is even a thing for them. They don't have to make and launch baby batter which seems to be physiologically taxing. They don't suffer the post orgasm surge of prolactin that puts men into a near coma. Do  womens genitals ever get extremely sensitive after orgasm like men? If not, I can only imagine they have infinite sexual stamina
