Trying to get my friend into Pokemon

Okay so my friends birthday is coming up next month and I'm thinking about getting her a switch. Now I have the money for the console but I don't have the money for both a console and game so I decided to let her borrow my account for that. On my account I have three Pokemon games, Let's Go Eevee, Violet, and Sword. Which one would be the best for her to start with because she's never played a game in her life. I was thinking Let's Go but the controls are weird in that game and I think she should get used to normal wild Pokemon encounters. Violet is an open world game and that might confuse the heck out of her. Sword is the most normal of the three but even then she'd have to get used to the Dynamax gimmick and then wonder why it's not in the other games

Edit: probably should've clarified shes played a video games before what I meant was she's never played a Pokemon game before. She's 22 and no I don't plan to hand hold her because mistakes are part of the experience of Pokemon imo
