[Discussion] Waking up in the middle of the night?

I often watch ASMR before bed to relax, and often fall asleep to it, which is lovely, the issue is that I then often wake up between 2 and 3am with my headphones still on, my laptop still on my lap, and my lamps still on.


I'm not woken up by the ASMR or anything happening on my computer (I use an adblocker so it's not an ad, and I don't have autoplay on so there isn't another video playing after), but more that ASMR helps me fall asleep but I find it isn't as good quality sleep.


I don't want to stop watching ASMR because it's so tingly, but I sometimes find I sleep better without it. Any suggestions?
