Self-Published book error

So I have spent littererally three years working on this story, it started out as a fanfiction, but then I moved to separate it from the source material to make it it's own thing. I read through it, double checked multiple times to comb through any typos... And I just realized today, I've been spelling the word yolk wrong this entire time, I was spelling it as Yoke, and only ONE instance in the entire book did I actually spell the word yolk as it was supposed to be spelled, after three and a half years, somehow it didn't even occur to me.
I got it fixed, but it's already sold five copies (probably mostly from family), and probably nobody is even going to notice, but I don't know if the changes will be processed in time before any copies are printed. What's most annoying is that this whole book is about eggs, so misspelling the most important part of the egg is just annoying.
