Full-Service Men's Grooming?

At least once in my life, I want to go somewhere very nice to get my haircut, as well as some other pampering treatments. I'm ideally looking to spend under $100. Open to anything on the west side of Manhattan.

Treatments I definitely want-

* Haircuts
* Shampoo
* Scalp massage
* Manicure

Things that'd be nice to include if they're in my budget or if the place offers them.

* Pedicure
* Shoulder massage
* Shoe shine

Places my research found were: Gentleman's Barber Spa, John Allan's, Spiff54, Steven Tabach, or Truman's, but am open to anywhere you guys know about and can recommend.
