Should I look for a new job?

I (23m) work at a retail job, we'll call it Not TJMaxx, and I used to be working nearly 40 hours a week. Ever since the new year they have been scheduling me only two days a week for 4-5 hours. I know this is my first year with the company, but I feel this isn't fair. I am running out of money because I'm only getting paid about 100 dollars a week and I have bills and rent to pay. Should I start looking for a new job, because this is getting ridiculous. I was told that "the new year is just crazy sometimes and things will get back to normal" but we are going into February with this nonsense. I've had several issues with this job before and this is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I'm getting 5-6 days off which seems nice but they're unpaid days off. If I do quit how should I go about it
