The time my coordinator made me cry

I (23m) work at a job called Not TJMaxx (if you know you know) and after about 6 months of working there some things in my life changed to where I needed to change from a night shift to a morning shift. My manager was more than happy to oblige saying that he needed more guys to work on the truck. I had never been trained to work on the truck but I figured it couldn't be hard. First day I come in the overnight coordinator asked me before she left to start working on the home decor to which I did. Then not 10 minutes later the morning coordinator comes in screaming her head off that "I HATE THIS JOB IM GONNA QUIT THIS JOB IS GONNA DRIVE ME TO DRINK!" Then saw me and yelled at me as to why I wasn't working on the truck. I tried to explain that the other coordinator wanted me to do home decor and that I hadn't been trained on the truck, but she didn't want to hear it

We started working and of course I misplaced things because she didn't tell me where things go. So she asked me to start breaking down the pallets and putting boxes on the belt. I did so, again not knowing how to do things because I wasn't trained, until about 10 minutes later my coworker comes in who is a nice guy so he will be spared. She comes up to me saying "ok you're done you're too slow and inept to do this, go back to home decor because at least you can do that"
After she walked away I went behind the pallet and literally started breaking down into tears. How was it my fault when you should've been the one to train me on this?

I ended up reporting her which led to a meeting from my manager. He told everyone in the backroom "y'know just be nicer to each other and I know it's a crazy time but we don't need to be insulting each other okay so let's not do that" I later found out she snapped because she had to come in on her day off.
