Concept for a story

IDK if this Concept is good or bad but like a prison school (the anime) thing where for some reason maybe a request from the "girl who can get anything" (trope) a guy is put in an all female prison (like maybe he is tied down to the bed or on the wall... Or he could just be able to move completely but had his penis removed) so he is just female prisoner's stress relief. Preferably they never rupture him but rather keep him on the verge of rupture constantly or something.
