Anybody get the feeling YouTube is capping their views?

I don't want to jump to conclusions or anything, but it just seems like every time I post a video that gets more views than normal, the views on my following few videos plummet. On average, I've been getting 100+ views per video, but whenever I post something that gets around 300 or more views, the next video I post seems to get less than ten, and then after that, maybe 50, and it's not until the third video where things return to normal. It's not like my videos are too poorly received, I average around 1 like per 50 views, but it's also the same with that, the videos that do a better average, it feels like don't do that well either. I've learned that I can only post one video per day because if I do anymore than that, it feels like my views get cut off.
People say the algorithm picks up on videos that are doing well and give them a boost, but it feels the opposite for me, like the algorithm sees my content starting to do well, but because it doesn't fit into the algorithm already established, it's trying to push it out instead. Even when I share my videos via other places it feels like they're being capped. I don't know if I'm just reading it wrong, but this is what it feels like.
