Heavy Metal type comic

I'm helping my friend locate a comic series. It features the main character is a huge muscle man. He fights like crazy and is totally nude. He has a very large penis that goes down to his knees and has a girlfriend who has huge breasts. The setting is either post apocalypse or sword and sorcery. He was fighting either mutants or barbarians.
He siad the style looked like something you'd see in the Heavy Metal comic series, or a RanXerox graphic style
