My personal experience

I decided to use Kraken in my first interaction with cryptocurrencies because I value privacy and I heard that Kraken is good.

After creating my account and adding founds, I came to this reddit to look for help because I couldn't buy something. When I arrived I saw a lot of complaints and negative comments saying that Kraken is terrible, which made me suspect that maybe it is not as good as it seems.

I posted my questions and received a quick response and I also took the time to research and read carefully about how Kraken works and I understood that all those bad comments I saw on this reddit were from people like me who don't know how it works and blame it.

You blame Kraken instead of investigating. After those first days after creating my account, I have not had any problems with the Kraken service.
