Mixed feelings as an author

This is a question more directed at other writers on the sub, how do you stay motivated when you find the content you write very erotic but also have mixed feeling about the morality of putting the idea to paper. Especially very vivid and brutal scenes afterwards I always feel….hmm disturbed I guess?
Anyone relate or have tips to deal with it?
