Seat care?

We just bought a new Harris cruiser 250 and the seats are amazingly soft and nice. The boat will live 5 months of the year on a lift in a covered slip. We'll tarp it Mon thru thurs when we're nothing it. The rest of the year it'll be in a storage building.

What is the best way to keep the seats like new?

Our old boat was a starcraft sls3 and we used the "Sauce" line of products on it to no avail. The seats stained and faded.
