Should we get a manager?

We’re at the higher end of unsigned success. Alt rock. Radio plays gigs abroad, native tours, etc.
I’d like more tours abroad (motivated more by making experiences with my mates, not money)
We’ve had a dry year this year, that makes me think we need a booking agent. But then again if we’re doing 50 gigs a year and meeting 200 new bands a year - are we best placed to do the job ourselves?
