Super Nuts Chapter 7: Hero Patrol

This chapter also takes place before Mirage/Chapter 5. Chapter 8 will continue that plotline once more.

"Hurry up Ethan! There's villains out there right now causing all kinds of trouble!" Eclipse urges, practically bouncing as her mentor, the superhero Friction, carefully selects his equipment for the day's patrol. The young sidekick always loves patrol days, but today she's extra excited for a very special reason. *I can't wait to put my training into practice and crack some villain nuts!* she cheers to herself, thinking of all creative uses of her powers she wants to attempt. This was the first patrol day since that training session with Friction, where she cheered him up after getting his balls woman-handled by Glacia. During that training session, Friction gave Eclipse express permission to start going for the balls since the female villains had clearly adopted that same strategy. As long as she kept the damage limited to intense swelling and bruising, of course.

*Impatient as ever,* Friction mentally notes as he chuckles. "Rushing into a fight is never a good idea when you have ample time to prepare," he lectures his impulsive sidekick with a familiar instructing tone as he selects a couple of high-tech looking darts and puts them into a pouch on his hip. The darts are color coded, with each color having a distinct effect. Blue darts release a burst of electricity to stun, green darts are full of non-lethal acid, white darts explode into a burst of disorienting light. Those are just a few examples of the many thrown projectiles Friction often utilizes in combat. His ability to greatly lower the friction of any surface allows him to throw a projectile with nearly zero air resistance.

"Yes, I know… But I've been cooped up in here training so much lately! I need some action!" Eclipse counters energetically, suppressing the urge to twirl with excitement at the prospect of using her powers against some unfortunate villain's testicles. *Today is the day I really shine!* she thinks to herself as she visualizes various shadow moves she could try, including some aimed at delivering painful blows directly to the nuts of unsuspecting villains. *Time to make some scumbags regret having balls!* she cheers to herself, ready to follow Friction's lead and embark on today's adventure.

Friction feels a smile tug at his lips, his sidekick's energy rubbing off on the much more cautious superhero. He grabs one last gadget, a baseball sized orb containing a deployable net which he can alter the friction of to make it stick to enemies, and begins heading to their personal garage. The massive hero association garage was split into sections so that each hero & sidekick pair could have their own garage. "Alright, let's hit the streets," he says, knowing his sidekick was waiting for those words. "You wanna drive?" he offers, although he regrets the words as soon as they leave his mouth, knowing his sidekick tended to handle their advanced motorcycle built for two more intensely than he's comfortable with.

Her eyes light up eagerly at the offer to drive their sleek bike, which happens to be Eclipse's favorite vehicle thanks to its speed and agility. "Finally! Yes please!" she replies, barely able to contain her excitement at the chance to speed through the city on their way to the scene of today's villainous misdeeds. Jumping on the bike, Eclipse revs the engine eagerly before peeling out of the garage and speeding through the city with Friction holding tight behind her. *Time to bust some balls, literally!* Eclipse thinks excitedly, grinning widely as she pictures various villains writhing in pain as they clutch their crushed berries.

They're only on the road for a few minutes before Friction feels the smart watch on his wrist buzz, signaling an emergency message. He increases the friction of the bike seat to make sure he doesn't fall before he releases Eclipse's waist and checks the screen of his watch, running his eyes across the message quickly. "Got a bank robbery in progress on Maple Street," he informs his sidekick, yelling into her helmet-covered ear to be heard over the wind rushing past them both.

Nodding enthusiastically inside her helmet, Eclipse speeds towards Maple Street, her heart racing with anticipation. *Here we go!* she thinks with a mix of excitement and determination as images of crushed nuts flash through her mind. She knew that the moment she laid eyes on those robbers, she'd be focusing all her powers on their balls. *I wonder if they'll beg for mercy when their balls get squashed,* Eclipse wonders with a sadistic smirk, her imagination painting vivid images of pathetic villains rolling on the floor and sobbing uncontrollably as they cradle their mangled berries. Focusing on her riding, Eclipse accelerates with expert precision, her mind sharp with eagerness for the approaching clash. *Their balls won't know what hit 'em,* she cackles inwardly with malicious glee.

Ethan feels extremely thankful for his ability to make the seat sticky as they weave in and out of traffic. Once they pull within visual distance of the bank, he sees two police cars outside forming a barricade, guns drawn and pointed at the bank entrance. They park and he quickly makes his way towards the officers, thankful to be off the bike, with Maya in tow. "What's the situation?" he asks the police officer closest to him.

"Got a whole gang inside. We counted 8 guys," he replies with a look of joy upon seeing the heroic duo. "Two of them are powered. We think it's the Grayson brothers," he adds, knowing that the ever cautious Friction would be well aware of who those were and their powers. Friction was one of the favorite heroes of police officers to work with, since he had a wealth of knowledge and always took things slow, minimizing risk to them.

"Got it, thanks," he replies with a nod of respect before turning towards his sidekick. "Grayson brothers, you know them?" he asks, checking to see if an explanation was necessary.

Hanging back slightly to allow Friction to take charge of the initial assessment, Eclipse scans the bank for signs of movement, her keen eyes alert for any threat or sign of the villains escaping. Her mind briefly envisions a scenario where she takes out multiple sets of balls simultaneously, reducing the entire gang to a blubbering mess on the floor, before returning her focus to the present. *Grayson brothers? Oh yeah, heard of them…* she thinks rapidly, piecing together info about her foes even as her imagination vividly paints pictures of them screaming and clutching their pulped berries in utter despair. "They're pyrokinetics," Eclipse confirms swiftly, her eyes narrowing with determination, "Fire control and generation." She readies herself to move stealthily, visualizing using her powers to cloak herself in shadow and appear right next to a villain, crushing his nuts before he can even register her presence.

Ethan nods, feeling proud of his sidekick for remembering some villains for once. "Right. I'll follow your lead on this one Maya," he informs her as a reward. Upon seeing the devilish look on her face, he gleams some idea of her strategy. "…just remember not to hurt anyone too badly," he reminds her with a pointed look.

Her eager expression instantly morphs into one of protest, her hands flying up defensively. "Come on, Friction! I know, I know," she groans, rolling her eyes dramatically, "I promise not to squeeze 'em so hard they pop." She follows with a cheeky wink and a sly thumbs up. "Just hard enough so they wish they didn't have balls!" she declares with a wicked grin, imagining the villains doubled over in pain as she crushes their berries with ruthless efficiency. With a final mischievous glint in her eye, Eclipse disappears into the shadows, swiftly stalking her targets, poised to pounce and deliver swift justice to their vulnerable berries. *Let the nut-cracking begin!* she cackles to herself, relishing the prospect of watching tough guys break down into sniveling wrecks.

Eclipse jumps from shadow to shadow to infiltrate the bank, not bothering to wait for Friction to catch up knowing he'll find his own way in. Once inside, she sees two men dressed in expensive jewelry commanding six other masked men to loot safe boxes and carry money from the vault.

Her eyes widen as she assesses the situation, taking in the intimidating group of criminals. *Six plus two… Eight pairs of nuts to target*, she thinks with a savage glee, already plotting how best to utilize her powers to fell multiple enemies at once. With a confident smirk, Eclipse melds into the shadows, merging with the darkness to become virtually invisible as she stealthily maneuvers around her targets, positioning herself for maximum effect.

From within the shadow, she uses her powers to create shadow tendrils from each of their shadows, snaking them up towards each robber's crotch. The shadowy sidekick smirks as her tendrils sneakily wrap around seven scrotums and instantly hoist each man by his nuts into the air. *Damn, that last one is actually a woman!* she complains internally as her last tendril fails to find anything to grab at the criminal's crotch. She quickly re-routes the tendril to wrap around her ankles and lift her upside down beside the rest of the would-be robbers, who were already mewling and squealing in pain as they are held by their balls. Maya smirks triumphantly, relishing the feeling of thirteen testicles from her connection with her shadows. *Wait… thirteen?* she wonders for a moment, before she realizes one of the men only has half a set. She can instantly tell who the unlucky male is by zeroing in on the guy singing soprano the loudest.

Basking in her success, Eclipse savors the satisfying sight of tough-looking men whimpering and weeping pitifully, their faces contorted in anguish as they dangle helplessly, their precious berries held fast in the shadowy vice-like grips of her powers. "Guess you ball-having idiots picked the wrong bank to rob today," Eclipse taunts her captives smugly, grinning widely as she surveys her handiwork. "Hope you like having your berries squeezed and swung around, because that's all I plan to do until the cops show up!" she announces with glee, already beginning to rhythmically bounce her victims up and down by their nuts like weights on a scale, eliciting fresh shrieks of misery.

Two of the hanging men, the ones with jewelry dangling from all over their bodies, try shooting fire at her, although their flames are pathetically weak and inaccurate thanks to their nutpain.

Chuckling darkly, Eclipse easily ducks the feeble attempts, taunting her pyrokinetic adversaries as she continues her torturous testicular tune-ups. "Ooh, playing with fire there, boys? Better hope you don't singe your berries!" she teases, deliberately jostling their nuts with sadistic glee, making them scream anew. "You're gonna be singing alto forever if you're not careful," she laughs, revelling in her domination over her adversaries' greatest weakness. "Time for some harmony lessons!" she cackles, vigorously shaking their scrotums like maracas to a beat only she could hear, sending her victims into another chorus of agonized wails.

"Well, seems like you have this under control," Ethan deadpans as he walks through through the back door and sees seven wailing men dangling by their balls and one very unimpressed woman hanging alongside them by her ankles.

Grinning broadly at Friction's arrival, Eclipse gives her captured crooks another energetic shake by the balls, relishing their tormented screams. "Yeah, I think they've learned their lesson," she quips, clearly enjoying her handiwork. Turning to regard Friction, she beams proudly, gesturing flamboyantly at the wailing men. "I thought these pyros could use some harmony lessons! What do you think, Friction? Sound like they're finally in key?" she asks, indicating the shrieking men with a wave of her hand.

The hero cringes at the sounds of the wailing men, feeling sympathy pains in his own set of balls. *Ugh, that looks like hell,* he thinks, feeling empathy for the would be robbers. "I think they've learned their lesson Eclipse, quit bouncing them around like that and set them down for the police to apprehend," he chastises her as he beckons a group of officers inside.

Rolling her eyes playfully, Eclipse gives the weeping men one last vigorous swing by their nuts, causing fresh peals of misery. "Alright, alright, I'm done," she concedes, lowering her defeated foes gently to the ground. Turning to Friction, she adopts an indignant expression. "Aww, I was just starting to enjoy myself…" she pouts theatrically, only to dissolve into fits of laughter as she witnesses the pathetic sight of grown men huddled protectively over their abused nads, moaning softly. "Look at them! Crying over their busted nuts!" she chortles gleefully, thoroughly amused by the pathetic scene.

"You would be too in their situation," Friction replies with a sigh.

Smirking, Eclipse shakes her head, revelling in the knowledge that such agony would be utterly foreign to her. "Nah, I'd never cry over my non-existent balls!" she boasts, striking a triumphant pose. Glancing around at the groaning men, she muses, "Maybe I should've gone for some nutshots sooner during our patrols, huh? Seems pretty effective!" she teases, imagining the potential chaos she could cause among other villainous ranks by targeting their tender testicles.

Friction just shakes his head as the police finish cuffing the still whimpering men and the one woman, who was currently angrily shouting at the Grayson brothers for being "pathetic" and "useless".

Shrugging nonchalantly, Eclipse shoots Friction a mischievous grin. "Hey, it worked, didn't it? Their berries practically handed us this win!" she points out, laughing as one of the men moaned loudly while gingerly touching his swollen balls. "I'd say mission accomplished," she adds, clearly thrilled with herself as she basks in the afterglow of her first successful testicle-targeted attack. Mentally, she vows to employ similar tactics in future engagements, knowing full well the power she now holds over the hapless males. *Suck it up, boys! Your nuts are fair game now!* she thinks triumphantly.

Friction sighs once more as he regrets his decision to unleash this ballbuster on the world. His exasperated expression turns serious when his wrist buzzes again, indicating another emergency call. "Got another call," he informs the smug looking sidekick. "Not far from here. Back on the bike, I'll drive us there," he adds quickly as he rushes towards their bike, knowing that the police had this situation under control now.

Her smile fading momentarily, Eclipse bounds after Friction, her thoughts turning to the next adventure awaiting them. "More villains? Sweet, let's go!" she exclaims, her eagerness reignited as she hops onto the bike behind Friction, ready to zoom off to their next confrontation. *More bad guys, more berries to bust,* she reflects with relish as they speed away, envisioning yet another set of crushed nads in their future. As Friction drives them away from the bank, Eclipse can't help but laugh boisterously, elated by her power over the vulnerable testicles of villainous men.

"This time it's Quake. The earthquake guy. He's wrecking an outpost of ours," Friction quickly explains. The Hero Association has outposts around the city where weaker heroes are available to quickly respond to local trouble. *Quake is trying to scare them off,* friction realizes with a frown. Those "neighborhood heroes" as some called them are essential for stopping low level villains since there are way too many of them for heroes on Friction or Eclipse's level to handle efficiently. Unfortunately, sometimes stronger villains focused on hunting down this easier pray.

Wind blows past the hero and sidekick as Friction expertly navigates their high speed bike to get to the outpost. The road becomes cracked and torn as they approach and in mere moments they're within range of the yelling villain stomping his feet and trashing nearby buildings. All Hero Association outposts have strong structural reinforcements so it is still holding up, but likely not for long.

"Try to sneak up on him, I'll keep him focused on me!" Friction calls as he leaps from the bike, pulling out a green acid dart in mid-air, lowing it's friction to reduce air resistance, then throwing it with the speed of a bullet at the heavy set villain. Quake doesn't stop the attack in time and grunts in pain as acid tears a hole in his pants and melts a few layers off his shin, making it difficult to continue stomping and keeping the eathquake going full power. His eyes quickly trace the path of the dart and land on Friction.

"Get lost!" Quake screams at Friction as he stomps in his direction with his good leg, sending a path of rocks jutting towards friction, who barely manages to jump to the side and slide out of the way via his friction powers.

With fluid grace, Eclipse vaults from shadow to shadow, effortlessly gliding towards Quake unseen as she prepares to launch her surprise strike. Her eyes narrow with fierce determination, fixated on her adversary, while her mind plots precisely how to neutralize this new foe. *Time to teach this fool a lesson in pain,* she thinks, relishing the prospect of crushing another set of berries.

"Just another scared hero, trying to run!" Quake taunts as he continues to send shockwaves through the ground towards Friction, who continues to elude Quake with his unparalleled agility utilizing his friction powers.

Stealthily advancing unseen, Eclipse fixates on Quake's every move, calculating the ideal moment to strike and bring this battle to a swift conclusion. *Your balls will teach you true fear,* she thinks darkly, preparing to strike. With lightning speed, she melds into Quake's shadow, ready to deliver a crushing blow straight to his vulnerable berries.

Eclipse jumps directly upwards from his shadow cast between his legs, rocketing her hard head straight into his vulnerable testicles.

Launching herself upward with explosive force, Eclipse rockets straight into Quake's crotch, slamming her head like a battering ram directly into his gonads with bone-crunching impact. The villain's eyes bulge comically wide as his testicles explode in pain, his voice shattering into a high-pitched shriek reserved solely for those suffering the most intense agony known to man.

Friction wince's in pain as he watches two distinct orbs flatten between the top of Eclipse's head and his pelvis. His own nuts ache as he endures Quake's ear-splitting cry of masculine despair. Quake's body is lifted about four feet in the air from Eclipse's attack, before collapsing into a blubbering, sobbing heap on the ground, his earthquakes quickly coming to an end.

Landing nimbly back on solid ground, Eclipse observes her handiwork with grim satisfaction, watching as the mighty Quake reduces to a pathetic mass of tears and snot. "Boo hoo, tough guy suddenly isn't so tough anymore, is he?" she mocks callously, taking pride in her ability to reduce even the strongest opponents to mewling babies with a single brutal strike to the balls. Turning to Friction with a satisfied smile, she proclaims, "That'll teach him to mess with us!"

"Guess so…" Friction replies, looking down at the sobbing villain with a hint of sympathy, despite the fact that Quake was only moments ago trying to kill him. *Poor guy didn't even see it coming…,* he empathizes, wondering if he himself could dodge something like that.

Chuckling darkly, Eclipse gloats, "Yeah, guess he forgot to check his blind spot!" Shooting a triumphant look at Friction, she continues, "That's why you never, EVER forget to watch your berries when a lady's around." She levels a finger at the squirming Quake for emphasis, adding with malicious delight, "Lesson learned the hard way, I'd say."

Friction doesn't reply, choosing to look away from the mewling villain, and quickly jogs towards the outpost and the few neighborhood heroes who were hiding inside. "You guys can come out now, the situation has been resolved!" Friction calls out towards them. Four men and two women emerge, staring with wide eyes at the sobbing, blubbering mess that was terrorizing them only moments ago.

Striding alongside Friction, Eclipse meets the gazes of the grateful heroes, her expression one of proud confidence. "No problem, folks. Just another day on the job for us!" she declares cheerfully, flashing a cocky grin as she gestures nonchalantly at Quake, now little more than a quivering puddle of sorrow. "Just remember, whenever you see a pair of nuts, they're always a vulnerable target!" she advises, relishing her newfound expertise in the delicate art of nutshots. "Seize the balls, seize the day!" she cackles, thoroughly pleased with herself as she strides away, leaving Quake weeping pathetically on the ground.

They have a bit of downtime before their next call comes an hour later. This time, it's a a gang who have stolen prototype Hero Association enhancers, which have made them faster and stronger than a normal person temporarily. Friction anticipated a difficult battle, but instead he simply watches in amazement as Eclipse wraps herself in shadows, looking like a shadow herself, before dashing towards the entire group. One second she's in front of a guy, the next she merges with his shadow and pops up behind him, winding her leg back to kick his nuts into orbit.

Swift and lethal, Eclipse strikes like a wraith, darting from one foe to the next with supernatural speed afforded by her mastery over shadows. Her leg snaps out like a coiled spring, delivering devastating blows to each man's balls with merciless accuracy. With ruthless efficiency, she incapacitates the whole gang singlehandedly, leaving them writhing and sobbing on the ground as she basks in her dominance over their testicles. "Guess enhancing yourself doesn't make your nads any tougher!" she jeers, laughing boisterously at their blubbering forms. "Shoulda protected those balls!"

After a few more hours of fighting bad guys, (and some bad gals), their shift is over and it's time for the hero and side kick to return to HQ. Eclipse holds onto friction as she sits behind him on the bike, mentally tallying how many balls she reduced to swollen and bruised messes during the day's patrol.

Riding back to headquarters with Friction, Eclipse leans against him thoughtfully, reflecting on a job well done. *Quite a successful patrol, if I do say so myself*, she muses inwardly with quiet pride. Her imagination replays the day's highlights, from crushed berries to wailing men, filling her with satisfaction and resolve. "It was a good day," she remarks happily to Friction, feeling the weight of her exhaustion settling in as the adrenaline rush fades. "I made quite a few villains regret having balls today!" she adds, chuckling softly at the memory of all the mewling men she left in her wake.

"Yeah, I'd say you did," Friction replies, sounding much less gleeful about his sidekick's new favorite technique.

Sinking into thoughtful silence, Eclipse allows her mind to wander back to the day's events, vividly recalling the faces of tough-guy villains transforming into pitiful heaps upon receiving her signature treatment. *It's crazy how much power those nuts hold over men,* she contemplates, comparing her own invulnerability in that area with their pathetic fragility. "Wonder what the next patrol will bring," she wonders aloud, already plotting creative ways to further exploit male weakness to her advantage in future confrontations. "Hopefully lots more villains with balls!" she cheers eagerly, eagerly anticipating the chance to dominate more scrotums.
