I’m 23 starting an IRA

I’m starting my Ira journey and I’m still young. I don’t know much about IRAs I know I want the Roth IRA but I don’t really want to trade by myself. Is there a way to do an IRA and make a lot of money without having to manually trade? Also if I have to trade what are good ones to hold on to.
