Add exercise minutes manually?

I accidentally hit pause on my Apple Watch during a stationary bike ride workout. Realized that it had stopped counting after three and a half minutes and the whole following 30 minutes of biking weren’t tracked. Got a few exercise minutes counted anyway but far lass than I should have gotten. The calorie count was way down as well compared to where it normally is after a 30+ minutes of exercise. Any chance that I can add the exercise minutes and calories manually?
