Instagram added a restriction but the message wont go away

I got restricted from going live on Instagram for apparently being suspected of drug dealings because I made a joke about weed on my Instagram, It's in review but now I cant even access my instagram account so what the hell? The message "We've added a restriction to your account" won't go away no matter what on PC and Mobile. Can anyone help?
