Must have points for me in a perfect story

There are a lot of really good stories here but they are missing some integral components. What is really important for me are:
- Main character must be a shy young guy (a vergin) with a toned body and a perfect set of a cock and testicles ; we must feel sorry for his manhood
- Girl or girls must be also young with great bodies
- He doesn't want to be ballbusted or castrated but girls want to do it to him
- It should be a story about situation, game, place or the whole world (realistic, not cartoonish or sci-fi) with definite rules; they can be stupid but logical, e.g. every time a guy makes a mistake at work he must be kicked several times in the balls; girls must always trick him into making these mistakes and try to increase the number of kicks as much as they can
- The punishment must always be changed for the worse for a guy. Unpredictably but somehow logically
- Punishments must be different and creative. With lots of approaches and tools
- A guy must be castrated. Better - nullificated
- The guy's sufferings and feelings must be described. Every kick must be counted
- A guy must be stripped naked.
