Question about a name of a festival

Please forgive me for for being vague but I forget many details. This was a festival in ancient Egypt which was basically like mardi gras, only the women flashed crotches instead of breasts.
This was when some Egyptian God was in mourning, so to cheer him up his daughter flashed her crotch to him, making him laugh.
Does anyone have more specifics?
