Becoming a Video Game Cinematographer

Is there anyone here that is a video game cinematographer or has knowledge of the field? I am looking to make moves to change my career, and this is one thought. I have worked in broadcast TV and also as a videographer. What is expected skillset wise as a video game cinematographer? Are they usually also animators, or is that a completely different skillset? I have more things I could ask, but I want to get some dialogue going first without me monologuing.
