Does anyone know how to set up the payment method to buy bits?

Hi, I'm Chilean and I'm thinking about buying bits, but I plan to buy dollars so it'll be cheaper. How do I do that? I only get the option to use Chilean pesos. Does anyone know how to configure the type of currency I want to use?
