Locked out of scorpion lord?

So I got to the secret area of chapter4, and was just running around and ran into duskveil, I’ve beaten him and looked up where to find the scorpion lord only to learn that I can’t now. Are there any other bosses like this? I don’t really care about spoilers at this point I just want to make sure I don’t miss any more bosses.
