Headache after Lucid dream

I knew about lucid dreaming when i was 12 or 13 (only basis defination), and didn't took it seriously. But one night when a was 16 years old, I had a lucid dream, I don't know how but I did. It ended in a while but the scary fact that i had a headache after waking up, never had such headache. I already asked about it on this sub but no resposne.

Now i am 18 and came to know about real power of Lucid dreaming and practicing it from last 4 months. But I am scared of that headache.

Am I the only one?

If this a problem, what's the solution of this.

Please help.
