How early can you divulge this fetish in a relationship/situationship?

All the posts I see about this on other subreddits have answers ranging from "you need to let them know your kinks *before* you even have sex so that everything is out in the open" to "you need to be with someone for at least a year before you could tell them something like this" What is the objectively correct answer? This is actually driving me crazy because some people are saying that not disclosing it immediately is deceptive.
