Xilonen's C1 and C2 Interaction

So I had two questions regarding her constellations.

1) Her c1 gives hyperarmor while her samples are active, does this mean that at c2 she will give permanent hyperarmor since her geo samples are always active?

2) Her c2 makes her geo samples always remain active, does this mean both her skill's geo shred and her c2's +50% dmg up are permanently active?
