Mouse cursor freezing

hi, about a week ago my mouse cursor started freezing randomly, it never stays frozen forever, sometimes its a very fast glitch and others for a few seconds or a few little freezes in a row. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing and i have tried multiple different mice. I have had my pc for over a year without this issue ever happening. I have tried every solution i can find on google to no avail, any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
