How to make the most of time in pattaya
I see guys burning out after a few days and feeling like their trip was wasted, or that they didn't fully capitalize on the time they have in thailand. Below is a brief guide of how I live in such a way that I can at the very least bang every single day that I'm here.
1. Get buzzed, never drunk. You can get drunk anywhere any time. You're here primarily to enjoy women. Drink less. Not none, just less
2. Stay hydrated. Electrolytes, not just water. Sexual function and general energy levels require things to flow. You sweat and lose a lot of hydration just existing in thailand. Coconut water is best. Take more than you think you need
3. Eat clean(er). American style and fast food will cost you more than baht. It slows you down and burdens your body. You need your body to screw. Give it protein and fat. A bit of carbs. Fresh produce. Little to no sugar. Supplements too, the usual vitamins, plus zinc for men
4. Workout. Lift weights, do squats. Go hard enough to sweat a lot. These actions boost t levels. You'll be hornier
5. Sleep 8 hours plus. Add a nap somewhere in the day too. Everything functions worse on too little sleep. Mood, memory, D.
This is mostly standard self improvement health-nut stuff I've picked up over the years. But in general, a routine like this keeps energy and libido levels high even when going at it every day. That makes it ideal for practicing in pattaya.
